-The minimum age for applying for the staff team is 13 years old. Anyone younger will need to wait until they are older, otherwise their application will be automatically denied. This is also the minimum age required to use Discord, which is where we will occasionally hold staff meetings.

-To be a staff member you must be able to use Slack. The staff team uses this application to communicate and log important information, so it is vital all members can use it to participate! (Learn about it /HERE/!)

-Applicants need to have donated at least $1 towards the server, which can be from anything available on our BuyCraft page. We have this requirement as it not only shows the applicant is interested in supporting the server, but also helps bar those who have apply with less than desirable intentions. If another player gifted you a donation rank, this counts towards this requirement as well.

-Please do not make polls on your application. Other players may show their support for an applicant by liking that person's application post, but anything else will be disregarded.

-Do not ask staff to accept your application/ask about your application status. You are welcome to ask for pointers on how improve your application, but asking staff to read or approve of your application will result in one warning before an automatic denial is given. If there's no prefix or mark that says otherwise on the application, it is still active and under consideration. The speed of which applications are processed depends if we are currently hiring or not, so it may be awhile before you receive a response, but none will be ignored!

-Do not lie or leave out required information on your application. Any punishments you have received in the past should be mentioned, including jails, bans, warnings, etc. We appreciate honesty and there is no shame in having had a less-than-stellar past. Additionally, if you own a server or work/worked as staff on another server, do not be afraid to mention that as well! This will not bar you from being chosen by any means, we just like to know ahead of time if that's the case.

- Concerning time required in-between posting applications, your app(s) will be auto-denied/closed if:
  • You have been accepted onto our team [in any position] and you apply for another server position in less than 30 days from being accepted.
  • You have been denied from any position and asked to wait 30 days before reapplying.
  • You have a pending application out for a position on any team [please only apply for one team at a given time!]

Available Roles:
  • T-Helper
Any and all accepted applicants for the staff team will start out as a T-Helper (Trainee-Helper) and work their way up in the ranking system over time. Applying for this position requires no work portfolio or experience, though past experience with staffing servers are always helpful to include. As a Helper, you will work to monitor chat, investigate griefs, explain how the server works to new players, answer in-game questions and familiarize yourself with the staff team.

Staff Ranking System (All existing staff roles):

-Bold the questions and leave your answers unformatted.

-Don’t make the font size too large or too small.

-You may use color to emphasize important phrases, but try not to overuse them.

-Be detailed in your answers rather than using one or two word replies.

-Try to avoid using images or emotes in your application.
