Event Application Guidelines


Applying for the event team:

Please make sure to read the guideline and rules below before filling out an application. Thank you for your consideration of joining the event team!

Get to know us:

The event team is responsible for making sure everyone has a good time while they attend events. We are an important part of the server as we allow for players to take a break and experience another part of the CorbaCraft community.

Tips for applying:

  1. Donating is not a requirement when applying for event staff.

Although donating is cool, being a player is even cooler. You are free to apply at any rank, and it will not hinder your chances of being accepted on the team.

  1. Tell us about yourself! The more information you include the merrier!

This lets us get to know who you are, and allows for your personality to shine through.

Suggested formatting:

We believe that putting effort into your own application is a sign of maturity and

dedication. Please reference these tips when posting your application.

  1. Overshare information, don’t risk not answering something completely.
  2. Bold your questions, leave answers simple and easy to read.
  3. Don’t make your text too large or too small.
  4. Color can be used to emphasize on important phrases, just be sure to not go overboard.
  5. Try to steer away from using emotes in your application

Rules for applying:

  1. You must be able to use discord.

This is how we communicate aside from in game. It is a requirement and you will have to be 13+ to comply with discord’s TOS (Terms of service). Talking is not required.

  1. You must have at least a 7 day gap before you submit a new application.

If you have been accepted onto another one of our teams or denied within the past week, and you apply for a new position within less than 7 days, your application will be automatically denied.

If you have an application out that is pending, (if you also have a builder/staff application out) do not apply for event staff at the same time.

  1. You must be a part of our community for at least a month.

This is solely because we want to see how you interact within the community, and know more about you before you apply for the team.

If a question is left unanswered, you will be asked to fill it out.

  1. When your application is pending, please do not ask about its status. Asking for it to be read over and replied to will result in it being denied.
